I open one file and i work on it, when i finish my work i close File and i change the name by adding "-ok" at the and of file name.in this period i am not closing AutoCAD 2006 and i continue with other file. For this reason i can only add "-ok-(Personnel Code)" at the and of the file or Folder names, because this is our general system !. and there is a organization about folders, files names.
When I work, i have some files that is taken from other stuff.
